The Annual United TKD Club Camp took place on the weekend of the 11-13th December 2009 and as tradition has it, yet another fun time was had by all. Blair and I would like to give a huge thank you to the Seniors and Parents that helped out over the weekend to make it such a success. We would also like to publicly thank the following people for making donations towards trophies for the Club Prizegiving:

Saturday Class
Don’t miss this Saturdays class…11th September. For those that did
not attend the recent sparring seminar Mr Evan Clark will be sharing
some of the techniques and methods learnt last weekend. This will be
a great training.
Saturday classes are only $4 good value for one to one training.
3:30 pm – 5:00pm
No Training
The week of 21-25 September due to school hall being used for a
production. You are more than welcome to train with other clubs in
the Wellington region during this week we are closed. I am sure the
small break will do you good.

NZ Taekwon-Do Organisations Merge
February 6th is the official date the two ITF Organisations in New Zealand are to merge. Senior members ITFNZ the New Zealand Taekwon-Do Academy held a historic meeting on the 9th of December 2000 to discuss the possible amalgamation of the two organisations. Congratulations to all those concerned, and especially to Messer Harry Hemana and Norman Ng for their effort for making this happen, and their genuine commitment to the Taekwon-Do students within New Zealand.
